All fees, tuition, and room and board payments must be made on time. Semester billing will begin on the day of Registration. The fall semester will be billed in 5 monthly payments from August to December and the spring semester will be billed in 4 monthly payments January-April. Each student must pay at Registration their first month’s bill.

A student's account must be up to date before his/her midterm or final grades will be posted to their permanent record. This regulation applies to work-loan students and students receiving grants and/or payments from any state or federal agency or any other source. All students must pay their school bill on time. A student with one month’s outstanding bill will be taken out of class. The student must pay that bill before returning to school unless arrangements are made with the administration. Any grades or work will be lost for the time the student is out of class. All returning students must have their school bill paid before registering for classes.

REFUND POLICY FOR V.A. STUDENTS

If a student does not enter the course, withdraws, or if the course is discontinued, the amount charged for tuition, fees, and other charges for a portion of the course will not exceed the approximate pro-rata portion of the total charges for tuition, fees, and other charges that the length of the completed portion of the course bares to the total length.

Time Passed Refund
1 Week 75%
2 Weeks 50%
3 Weeks 25%
4 Weeks 0%

After 4 Weeks no refund will be issued and the student is responsible for their entire bill. Arrangements will be made on an individual basis with the administration.

WORK ASSISTANCE PROGRAM

Work scholarship jobs are available on a year-to-year basis and on a first come, first serve basis which will be awarded to dorm students only.

Work scholarship students will meet with the church business manager and will have their weekly college payment deducted from their pay check and applied to their college bill directly. Additional funds may be necessary in order to keep current with their bill.

Bethel Baptist College cannot guarantee jobs for all students. A student’s job performance must be satisfactory for him to continue to work.
