PASTORAL STUDIES PROGRAM

You are thinking about one of the highest and most important callings available to a human being. What could be more exciting than to become involved with people who need to know Jesus Christ - to win them to personal salvation and bring them up to maturity and fruitfulness?  To stand as a shepherd in the midst of God's sheep is a great privilege. To hold such a high office demands intensive training and the development of a number of important skills.

PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS

The pastoral studies program of Bethel Baptist College gives you a solid foundation in Bible, theology courses, and practical Christian ministry. Your specialized training will include courses in:

  • Missions
  • Homiletics
  • Pastoral Theology
  • Counseling
  • Teaching & Administrative Process

DEGREE REQUIREMENTS

Pastoral Studies is offered in both a four year and three year program:

  • Bachelor of Theology in Pastoral Studies (Th. B.) (4 year degree)
  • Graduate of Theology in Pastoral Studies (Th. G.) (3 year diploma)
